1 Samuel 26 (25vs) * Saul, in Gibeah, followed
David to the wilderness of Ziph. * While Saul and his men slept, David slipped into his camp, took Saul's spear, returned, and challenged him to prove David wasn't Saul's enemy because David valued Saul's anointing by God.
Asking God to hear and answer me
Psalm 4 "Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness. Give me relief from my distress. Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer..."
Psalm 5 "Give ear to my words, Yahweh.
Consider my meditation. Listen to the voice of my cry, my King and my God;
for to you do I pray..."
